Eketorpe ring fort

Here is where we made some flatbread. We cooked it on the open fire just like they used to do in the Middle Ages.

Half of the fort is reconstructed to resemble what life was like during the Iron Age. Here we are making a metal amulet in the shape of a shield to keep away evil things.


We stopped at Eketorpe which is a reconstructed ring fort originally constructed during the Iron Age. I had a great time running around with pigs and playing Medieval kids games.
