Train home from Barcelona

Here we are on the train heading home from Barcelona. Daddy is all red and sweaty because he had to run to catch the train with Tia Carol, with all our luggage! Mom and I were chillin in the train station. We literally had to sprint for the train and almost jumped on as it was pulling away from the station. Scary!

Barcelona trip, part 6

Our last meal in Barcelona... must have been around this time that mom and dad's camera was stolen. Luckily, Tia Carol took lots of great pictures!

Waiting on the funicular.

Time to get on the teleferic!

Barcelona trip, part 5

Okay, I'm only 8 months old so normally I don't get road signs, but this one is particularly confusing. Am I supposed to turn left or right??

View of Barcelona from the Teleferic.

Barcelona trip, part 4

Dancing on mama's head at the restaurant in Barceloneta.

Yum, Catalonian flowers are so tasty!

It was really dark inside the cathedral. Kinda scary, but I had fun jumping in the pews anyway.

Okay this is a bad picture of Tia Carol, but it's a cute one of me and papa, so it's okay. We are standing in the main cathedral.

Barcelona trip, part 3

We saw the completely awesome Sagrada Familia. It is a cathedral being constructed based on designs by the famous Spanish architect Antoni Gaudi. The inside was totally amazing.

We walked all over Barcleona! It was exhausting, and mom and dad spent a lot of time staring at maps.

I just had to have a nap in the hostel on the second day, I was so tired from all the walking!

Barcelona trip, part 2

Here are some pictures from Parc Guell, the very cool park that was designed by Antonio Gaudi. We saw some really neat buildings, this lizard, and tile mosaics.

Barcelona trip, part 1

Last week we went on a trip to Barcelona with our friends Tia Carol, Tia Lejla, Tio Has, and cousin Malik. We were there for 5 days, including two Spanish holidays (Monday and Wednesday). We took the train and stayed in an awesome hostel that was an old mansion decorated like the Alhambra. Unfortunately, mom and dad's camera went missing (pick-pocket?) on the train ride home, so we only have pictures that our friends took. But they are great pictures, so enjoy!

Above are some pictures of the hostel, and of the gang having coffee at Parc Guell.
